Summary
The monoclonal antibody to human TNF-alpha (clone B-C7) has shown to be suitable for intracellular staining (Birebent B. et al. 1998) and neutralization assays (Hamacher J. et al. 2002 and van Hensbroek M.B. et al. 1996). B-C7 antibody recognizes both natural and recombinant human TNF-alpha and can be used in ELISA (Robinet E. et al. 1997) and immunohistochemistry (Voorzanger N. et al. 1996).
