U-Cytech位于荷兰，是全球著名的ELISPOT试剂盒生产商。生产各种人，大鼠，小鼠，猴，猩猩等ELISPOT试剂盒。产品丰富全面，质量一流。U-CyTech公司的透明ELISPOT培养板。该透明ELISPOT培养板的检测结果可以很方便的在倒置显微镜（普通的细胞室所具有的设备）下观察计数、或者采用酶联斑点自动图像分析仪分析。同时承载实验的培养板坚固耐用，容易清洗，不存在被加样枪头损坏的危险，使整个实验操作更为方便轻松。U-CyTech公司ELISPOT系统采用独特的黑色酶底物系统，显色系统非常灵敏并且稳定性更强，结果的保存期在6个月以上。U-CyTech公司提供的透明ELISPOT培养板预先进行了无菌处理。因此在包装未破损的情况下不需进行消毒处理。不过在细胞培养过程中还是应该注意无菌操作。红色或者蓝色斑点PVDF膜板经过干燥后可保存六个月。黑色斑点透明板干燥后可保存延长至两年。
